If anyone wants to get amongst some of the grandest bass waters that northern NSW has to offer then you couldn’t ask for a better guide than Dave to show you the ropes.
We specialise in Multi-Day trips and our experience on the rivers lets you concentrate on the fishing whilst we look after everything else. The Northern Rivers hold some of the biggest Bass in the country and there is always the chance of meeting one of the local Eastern Cod who also share the river.
Most trips start with an early morning dropoff at our launch spot hoping to make the most of the morning bite. The Clarence valley rivers can be unique and it is not uncommon to fish surface all day with large bass 50cm+ often being taken in the middle of the day.
When we get to camp we start to organise Tents, Dinner, fires and then either walk the banks or paddle the river into the dark. After returning back to camp for a big feed there is always the opportunity to go back out for some amazing night fishing.
Next morning we are up early and fish for a few hours before breakfast. Quick pack up of camp and the next day’s paddle starts. If you are on a 2-night trip you get to spend the day knowing that there is nothing other than fishing ahead. Brilliant.
